Summer Pools

The South Waikato District has two seasonal pools located in Putāruru & Tīrau,

Tīrau and Putāruru seasonal pools are now open for the 2019/2020 season.

Putāruru Pools are located at 84 Reservoir Street, Putāruru. Tīrau Pools are located at 11 Goodwin Street, Tīrau. These outdoor pools are open during the summer season.

Tīrau summer pools are located at Goodwin Street reserve, adjacent to the Tīrau Play centre and Primary School. Built in 1980, the complex contains a 25 x 12 meter outdoor pool and a toddlers pool. There are shaded spectator bleachers, grassed areas and changing rooms.
