Proposal to Stop and Sell Accessway between Cramond Street and Dalmeny Street, Tokoroa
South Waikato District Council, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1974, hereby gives notice of its intention to stop the accessway between Cramond Street and Dalmeny Street.
It is proposed, if the Accessway is stopped, that it will be sold to the owner of an adjoining property.
The land is described as Section 1 on Survey Office 627567 being:

A copy of this notice and the Survey Office plan are available for viewing between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm on business days at the South Waikato District Council, Torphin Crescent, Tokoroa.
Any person wishing to object to the stopping must do so in writing to the Chief Executive, South Waikato District Council, Private Bag 7, Tokoroa 3444 by 5:00pm on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
