Notice of Desire to Acquire Land
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 18(1)(a) of the Public Works Act 1981 that South Waikato District Council desires to acquire part of the land described in the schedule below for stormwater drainage purposes.
Schedule – Land required for stormwater purposes
583 square metres more or less (subject to final survey) being part of Lot 749 Deposited Plan South Auckland 1973 and being part of the land compromised in Record of Title SA29C/544 and shown on the attached land requirement plan marked A.
The land is located at 33 Dalmeny Street, Tokoroa.
