PUBLIC NOTICE

Proposed Change 6 (PC6) shall be made operative from 1 April 2026.

PC6 concerns a request for Zone boundary changes at Princes St and Totara St, Putāruru by WaiTerra Estate Ltd. No appeals to the Environment Court have been received against Council’s decision to approve the requested Plan Change.
