PUBLIC NOTICE - Grant Allocation Schedules

Council administers the Community Development Grants and, on behalf of Creative New Zealand - the Creative Communities Scheme. The respective Allocation Committees met Tuesday 28 November 2023 to decide which applicants were to receive project funding. Below is the list of organisations who applied for funding in 2023/2024 Funding Round 1.
Creative Communities Scheme - There was $7,718.91 allocated with $7,101.09 carried over to the next funding round. Of the five applications received, one was ineligible, and four were considered for allocation by the Committee. Unfortunately, one application was unsuccessful in receiving funding.

The Grant Allocation Committee for the Community Development Grant allocated $30,620. Ten applications were received by the closing date and considered for allocation by the Committee. Unfortunately, four applications were unsuccessful in receiving funding.
