Preview | 8 May Local Services Committee meeting

Council's Local Services Committee will be meeting on Thursday, 8 May 2025 to consider decisions on behalf of our District.

Among the topics set for discussion are:

1. Play, Active Recreation and Sport (PARS) Plan: This will provide the Committee with the intentions of the Play, Active Recreation and Sport (PARS) Plan with Sport Waikato.
2. Workplace Health and Safety Report: This report will update the Local Services Committee on the status of Workplace Health and Safety during the period 1 February to 20 April 2025.
3. Solid Waste Report: This report will provide an update on solid waste, waste minimisation and resource recovery activities and initiatives for the January - March quarter 2025.
4. Creative Community Scheme Report: This report will update the Local Services Committee on the allocation of the current round of funding under the Creative Communities Scheme.

Members of the community are invited to attend the meeting from 9.30am at the Council Chamber in Tokoroa.
