Kevin & Lynn Tylee have applied to South Waikato District Council for a joint land use and subdivision development, with a land use component to enable construction of one main and one ancillary dwelling per lot within the proposed new lots in the Rural Lifestyle Zone (RLZ).
The subdivision proposal is to subdivide the property to create 81 new lots ranging in size from 3,006m2 to 16,865m2, with an average lot area of 5,000m2. It will also contain two new legal roads to vest. Resource Consent is required as the application is unable to comply with the relevant District Plan Rules for the RLZ and will be assessed as a Non-Complying Activity.
