This Thursday 27 November 2025, a South Waikato District Council meeting will consider decisions on behalf of our community.
This is the first full meeting for the new Council and a number of reports will be presented, including:
- confirmation of meeting dates for 2026
- the Financial Service Report that will inform the Committee on the financial performance of Council to 31 October 2025.
- the Capital Portfolio Monitoring Report that will update Council on the performance of the overall capital portfolio and key project.
There are also three motions submitted by Cr Latinovic for consideration by Council. You can find these motions and the other reports here.
Members of the community are invited to attend the meeting from 9.30am at the Council Chamber in Tokoroa or watch the meeting via live stream by clicking here.
Any member of the public wishing to speak at the Speaker Forum before the meeting commences will need to notify Council by 4PM, Wednesday 26 November in order to be able to speak on the day. Each speaker is permitted up to five minutes to address the Council. Requests made after the cutoff date and time are subject to the Chair's discretion.
