Blue Spring access from Leslie Rd closed on 28 November

Following South Waikato District Council's full inspection and servicing of the Headworks Pump System at the Blue Spring, a pump was found to be needing urgent repairs. This is being urgently repaired and will be transported back and installed on Friday, 28 November.

Access to the walking track from the Leslie Road entrance will be barricaded and closed to public access while the pump is being installed to ensure public and staff safety. The viewing deck and toilet on the Leslie Road end will also be out of bounds for the duration of the works, which are expected to be completed by 5pm.

Public access to the walkway will remain open from the Whites Rd end.

Please remember not to park along double yellow lines along the highway. Doing so is illegal and endangers your safety and that of others. Follow all signs on the site and stick to the track.
