This Wednesday 28 May 2025, a South Waikato District Council meeting will consider decisions on behalf of our community.

Any member of the public wishing to speak at the Speaker Forum before the meeting commences will need to notify Council by 1PM, Tuesday 27 May in order to be able to speak on the day. Each speaker is permitted up to five minutes to address the Council. Requests made after the cutoff date and time are subject to the Chair's discretion.

Among the topics scheduled to be presented to Council and/or discussed are:

• Arapuni Dam Remediation Work
• Capital Portfolio Monitoring and Budget Update - April 2025
• Adoption of Fees & Charges report

A Tender Award for Road Maintenance, Resealing and Pavement Rehabilitations 2025-2028 will also be discussed under confidential business.
