​PROPOSED STOPPING OF PART OF ARAPUNI AND OLD TAUPO ROAD

In accordance with 117(3)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981 and the Local Government Act 1981 South Waikato District Council, hereby gives notice of its intention to stop an unformed portion of Arapuni Road and Old Taupo Road. The land is described as Sections 1 & 2 on Survey Office 586402 being:

.1251HA being Section 2, Survey Office Plan 586402

Council intends to sell the land for amalgamation with adjoining properties.

A copy of this notice and the Survey Office plans are available for viewing between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm on business days at the South Waikato District Council office, Torphin Crescent, Tokoroa.

Any person wishing to object to the stopping must do so in writing to the Chief Executive, South Waikato District Council, Private Bag 7, Tokoroa 3444 by 5pm on Wednesday 10 June 2025.
