New valuations available online

Every three years all councils in New Zealand must assess the rating valuation of every property in their city or district. Our Council has revised valuations for all South Waikato District properties and these have been audited and approved by the Office of the Valuer-General.

All owners and or ratepayers have been sent notices of the revised values. You can also view your new and previous valuations by searching on the Rates and Property Search page.
