PUBLIC NOTICE - Draft Annual Plan 2023-24
Released Friday 12 May 2023
Council invites the community to submit on its Draft Annual Plan 2023-24. The plan opens for public consultation on Friday 12 May and closes at 4pm on Friday 9 June.
Copies of the Draft Annual Plan 2023-24 Consultation Document, supporting financial documents and online submission forms are available from the Council offices in Tokoroa and Putāruru, Tīrau Information Centre (The Dog), the Tokoroa Library and Council’s website: www.southwaikato.govt.nz – Community Engagement (button just under the search bar).

TĪRAU

ARAPUNI
- Drop-in Session - Thursday 25 May, Arapuni, 10am to 12pm AND 1pm to 3pm – Arapuni Community Hall
- Public Meeting - Thursday 25 May, Arapuni, 6pm to 8.30pm – Arapuni Community Hall
Annual Plan submissions can be:
- Completed online through our website www.southwaikato.govt.nz – Community Engagement.
- Emailed to info@southwaikato.govt.nz – please write Draft Annual Plan 2023-24 in the subject bar.
- Mailed to South Waikato District Council, Private Bag 7, Tokoroa 3444 (Freepost Authority 201).
- Delivered to our offices in Tokoroa or Putāruru, the Tokoroa Library or the Tīrau i-SITE.
Formal submissions will be acknowledged by email or letter. Should you wish to be heard, a date and time will be allocated to you, and these will be communicated with you in due course. Public hearings and Council deliberations are scheduled for 16 June.
Please remember to include the following in your submission: name, address, telephone number, email address (if applicable) and whether or not you wish to be heard.
