Business Case Manager
Nearly all development proposals pass through the local Council at some stage and quite often these proposals require interactions with more than one area of Council. In order to provide effective co-ordination of the delivery of all Council regulatory services the Business Case Manager (BCM) initiative was set up. The BCM initiative means businesses requiring interaction with more than one area of Council will enjoy the convenience of having ONE point of contact and ONE individual who will manage the process for them.
The BCM initiative is vital in ensuring businesses enjoy a smooth passage through Councils various functions so they can invest more of their time and energy into the running of their business.
