This Thursday, 25 June 2026, a South Waikato District Council meeting will consider decisions on behalf of our community.
A number of reports will be presented for consideration by Council, including:
- Adoption of the Annual Plan 2026-27 and Setting of Rates Report
- Local Government Reform - Head Start Pathway Report
- Policy amendments, bylaw delegation and MOU for Waikato Waters Transition
Members of the community are invited to attend the meeting from 9.30am at the Council Chamber in Tokoroa or watch the meeting via live stream by clicking here. All reports on the agenda are available to view here.
Any member of the public wishing to speak at the Speaker Forum before the meeting commences will need to notify Council by 1pm, Wednesday 24 June in order to be able to speak on the day. Each speaker is permitted up to five minutes to address the Council.
