There were also three motions submitted by Cr Latinovic for consideration by Council.
- Motion to repeal Vexatious Complaints Policy
- Motion to establish a standing Agenda Item for Members' Requests and Questions
- Motion to open all Elected Member Workshops to the Public
A procedural motion by Cr Lee was moved to postpone discussions to a later date to allow for consultation with staff, and so elected members can take a more informed decision when Cr Latinovic’s motions come up for debate.
There were also a number of items discussed in the public excluded section, due to commercially sensitive content. This included the awarding of contract for the Tīrau Waste Water Treatment Plant, the gifting of the building that sits in the Memorial Sports Ground to the Council and the disposal of an accessway in Tokoroa.
