Central Government’s Three Waters Reform affects millions of people in New Zealand, including our South Waikato community. Currently, the reform is dominating the local government landscape.

Council held four public meetings across its four towns during July to hear from our community. We used this feedback - and the feedback provided via an online and hard copy survey, in Council's own submission on the Water Servies Entity Bill that is before the Select Committee. Council would like to thank the many people in our community who attended teh meetings and/or provided feedback.
