Meeting Calendar

Most Council meetings (unless otherwise indicated) are open to the public and media. You are very welcome to attend.

Council meets every four weeks, usually on a Wednesday, commencing at 9.30am. Meetings are held in the Council Chamber at the Tokoroa office in Torphin Crescent, Tokoroa (unless otherwise advertised). A Public Forum is held following the opening of the Council Meeting.

Tīrau Community Board meetings are held every six weeks on a Tuesday evening at 5.30pm at the Tīrau War Memorial Hall.

The Citizenship Ceremonies are held quarterly on Fridays at the South Waikato District Council Chambers, starting at 9.30am.

Hearings and other meetings are held as required. All public meetings are advertised in the South Waikato News.
