Libraries

Welcome to the South Waikato District Libraries

There are two full libraries in the district. Our largest library is in Tokoroa and can be found in Mannering Street. The current Tokoroa Library building was opened on 17 December 1994. The Putaruru Library is coupled with the Putaruru Service Centre in Overdale Street. We have a library outreach programme operating from The Dog in Tirau, called LibraryLink.
